Enrolled Patient Consult (Non-Community Services Card holders)
Ages 18-64 years $25.00 (Weekdays)
Ages 18-64 years $30.00 (Weekends)
Enrolled Patient Consult (with a Community Services Card)
Ages 18-64 years $19.00 (Weekdays)
Ages 18-64 years $25.00 (Weekends)
